'Heard of this new Filipino buffet place Imok’s and since I miss buffet, who not try it. They serve Filipino dishes with Filipino inspired interior design. What caught my palate was the kare-kare. Its a wow for me. Its so delicious, perfectly paired with their sweet salty shrimp paste. I can say that every food is a must try. The pork steak is really tasty. The fish fillet is super tender. The fried chicken is crispy juicy with their home made sauce. They also have appetizers like guso salad, raddish and cucumber salad. For dessert, they have puto, biko, and __ which are perfectly soft, a bit chewy and not too sweet. Part of their buffet are the fresh fruit juices like cucumber lemon which is my favorite. Ughh I love their food. It brings me back to traditional home made cooking that we Filipinos love. So visit them guys and try it for yourself. Everything is worth the price from the food to ambiance, and their friendly staff. They are located at K1 Compound Torres St. Davao City for lunch and dinner.
